Happy Wednesday! We just wanted to notify juvenile defenders that there is a handout that has been recently added to our website. The Miller Strategy Handout can now be found alongside the Miller Statute Motion found under the “Trial Motions and Forms Index” section of our website’s “Materials for Defenders” tab. While it is not new, it is still the most recent, and we hope that this handout will provide additional info to benefit defenders representing juvenile clients in first-degree murder cases and any case transferred to superior court.
